McCall's 3120; ©1972; Boy's Shirt, Pants, Reversible Vests and Belt. Collared pullover shirt has back zipper, pants have fly zipper, patch pockets, elastic in back casing. Reversible vests have stitch trim. Vest A with patch pockets may have belt or kilt tabs. Double breasted vest B has belt carriers and self fabric belt.
