McCall's 2154; ©1985; Brooke Shields - Misses' Blouse: Blouse, all views, has back pleat, self-lined back yoke with forward shoulder seams, shoulder pads, front tucks, buttoned front closing and long sleeves with deep armholes. View A and B have concealed button closure, buttoned stand-up collar variations and sleeves with French cuffs. View C and D have sleeves with gathered cap and buttoned cuffs. C has tie collar trimmed with edging. D has tie collar of lace, with or without lace edging trim.
