Dress has faced neck, long raglan sleeves gathered at wrists by elastic in casings and center back zipper. Self-fabric tie belts are included, above waistline, in center front seam. Tie belts are crossed and tied toward front or back. Pants, gathered by elastic in waistline casing, are worn under short dress.
