Bias band collar, closed with hooks and eyes, is included in neck facing seam. Sleeveless armholes are faced. Underlined dress has panel seaming in front and back and lower side pleats. Shaped edges of upper and lower side front sections are left loose at waistline and points are tacked together over underlays formed by front and side back sections. Purchased belt is drawn thru openings. Dress in interfaced where necessary.
