McCall's New York Designers' Collection Plus N/1041; ©1968; Arlette of Réal for Joan Arkin - Misses' Dress and Jacket. Single breasted jacket with two-piece set-in sleeves, and dress with four section side pleated skirt sewn to sleeveless bodice. Lined seven section jacket, with panel seaming in front and back, has faced collar included in neck facing seam and faced fronts turned back to form revers. Jacket fronts, upper back, collar, lower edge and sleeves are interfaced. Dress bodice, lightly darted in front, has center back zipper and is underlined. Rounded neck is faced and interfaced, armholes are faced. Lower edge of long bodice is button trimmed.

Note: The note underneath the picture on front reads: Arlette of Réal for Joan Arkin Photographed in San Francisco. The model appears to be the actress Julie Christie.
