Madame Weigel's 4272; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion February 1, 1918; Lady's overall, with or without pleat in front; sleeve long or short. For any season of the year is an overall of this description very useful, for it can be made in almost any material. The sleeve may be long or short, and the belt may end under the front pleat or be crossed in front with pointed ends, if the pleat is omitted.
