4132

Madame Weigel's 4132; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion October 2, 1916; Lady's triple coat cape and blouse cape, with or without collars. Two separate capes and two collars are illustrated here, giving a nice choice. The triple cape may be made of silk and trimmed with lace, and may be worn apart from the coat and without the collar if desired. The blouse cape may be of the same material as the blouse, or of taffeta, chiffon, crepe de chine, or similar material, and be trimmed at the edge with silk kilting or lace frills. It may be worn without the collar, a bow of ribbon giving it an effective finish.
