Although the Wikipedia entry states it is open daily, it has never been open on any of my many visits to Paris. When I've called I've been told it is open only while exhibitions are on. Granville, Normandy, France:

Museu Textil i d'Indumentaria (Textile Museum), Palau de Pedralbes, Av. Diagonal 686, 08 034 Barcelona, Tel. 93 256 34 65. A wing of the Museu de les Arts Decoratives (Decorative Arts Museum) in Pedralbes Palace. This small museum has an impressive display of traditional Greek costumes from around the mainland and the island, along with non-clothing textiles and examples of other folk and technical arts.
London:
The fashion gallery at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, is closed for renovation until next year.
