Kwik Sew 1037; ca. 1980s; Baby sleeper has raglan sleeves, center front zipper which extends on one inside leg seam. Neckband and cuffs are from ribbing. Sleeper has optional elastic at ankle. Pattern includes pattern piece for appliqué.
