Hollywood 415; ca. 1940; One-Piece Dress. No seam at waist-line. Double gathered loops set in shaped seam of dropped waist-line in back. Scalloped cut out neck-line in front; back buttoned to high neck-line. Set-in cap sleeves in front, cut in one with back bodice.
