Hollywood 1809; ca. 1939; Girl’s One-Piece Frock and Slip. Wide four-piece circular skirt joins the basque top at pointed waist-line, and the front buttons below the square neck. Very short puff sleeves. Flared slip with buttoned shoulder straps and ruffled bottom.
