Hollywood 1805; ca. 1939; One-Piece Frock. One-piece frock in instep or shorter length. The wide four-piece skirt joins the blouse at the inset mid-section, and very short puff sleeves have a straight cuff band. Novelty eyelet insertion or ruffled trimming.
