Hollywood 1639; ca. 1938; One-Piece Frock. The six-gored flared skirt joins the blouse in a built-up waist-line in front, and under the belt in back. A band collar loops through the sectional bias blouse front, and ties in back, and the fitted sleeves may be long or short.
