Hollywood 1260; ca. 1934; Daytime, Evening or House Coat. Princess coat, in either of two lengths for daytime, evening or house wear. House coat version is collarless, buttons at front and has short sleeves with narrow cuffs. The evening version has an upstanding flare collar and long fitted sleeves. Daytime version in shorter length.
Fabrics for evening coat – Broadcloth, velvet, taffeta, satin, metal cloth. For house coat – Cretonne, piqué, taffeta, velveteen, novelty cotton; for daytime coat – Broadcloth, coat woolens.
