Hollywood 1219

Hollywood 1219; ca. 1934; Evening Frock and Tunic Coat.  A shaped stomacher section joins the skirt to the gathered blouse section, which has a low back décolletage.  A soft sash is pulled through a ring at the V-neck in front and wraps about the body to knot at the waistline in back, falling in long ends to train length.  This sash is optional.  The tunic coat has a narrow shawl collar and darted top sleeves in either of two lengths.
