Hollywood 1196; ca. 1943; Misses' Jumper or Pinafore and Blouse: Inset belt joins skirt to top in front, seamed under tied belt in back. Bias bretelles optional. Buttoned closing in back. Blouse with high collarless neck-line. Long sleeves with cuff band or short sleeves.
