I'd like to make a dress like this one pictured.
Under the corset is a fully shirred waist. The fabric corset is easy for me to figure out but I need a pattern with a square-neckline, gathered sleeves, and a fully shirred waist. Suggestions?
The shirring may be a bit more difficult to find, but the general style points towards Square Dance dress patterns.
