Simplicity 1473; ©1945; Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Dress: The bodice is darted at the front underarm and back shoulder and gathered at the lower edges. An inset belt releases the soft fullness of the dirndl skirt and a ruffle gathers to the lower edge. Style II has a small collar and puffed sleeves, cut in two sections. Style II has a U neckline which is finished with an outside applied band and ruffle. The sleeves are three-quarter length.
