Vogue 7969; ca. 1937-1938; One Piece Frock. Blouse and skirt may contrast or be made in one tone. Blouse fullness is concentrated at neck which may be finished with a binding and tie or a small shaped collar. Full bishop sleeves or short sleeves darted at top. Pressed or unpressed pleats at front of skirt which joins blouse under belt.
