Excella E4402; ca. 1934; Women's and Misses' Frock. You may make this frock with either a high, round neckline, or a shallower one, both of them enhanced by capelets. Frock may be made sleeveeless, with long fitted sleeves, or long puffed sleeves with openings. Skirt has inverted pleats.
