DuBarry 2262B; ca. 1939; Misses' and Women's Dress. Shirring makes this youthful frock important; it appears at shoulders, sleeves and waistline, giving fullness to bodice and skirt. Bodice has a V neckline, trimmed with ribbon, which continues down front seam; ribbon bows and belt are also used. Skirt joins bodice at waistline. Sleeves are long or short.
