Butterick 4741; ca. 1977; Misses' Shirt Jacket. Semi-fitted shirt jacket has pointed collar-on-band, one piece yoke, full-length two piece sleeves eased into buttoned cuffs, patch pockets with buttoned flaps, applied front buttoned band (one side only) and topstitch trim.
