Butterick 4697; ca. 1948; Misses' Dance Dress: Draped Overskirt in Back. Bouffant dance dress. The fitted bodice has a halter neck, back button closing accented by scallops. Two-piece fared skirt has a dropped overskirt in back that cascades gracefully. (B) Back of skirt is in contrast.
