Butterick 4304; ca. 1947; Maternity Dress: Drawstring Neck and Waistlines. One-piece maternity dress is "Quick and Easy" to cut and sew. It has a high drawstring neckline; cap sleeves (A); full push-up sleeves (B); and an adjustable drawstring waistline. The button-front closing extends below the waistline.
