Simplicity 3613; ca. 1960; Child's and Girl's Shirt with Two Collars (Transfer for Alphabet Included): Shirt has yoke with a forward shoulder seam, set-in sleeves and collar. Lower edges of shirt are rounded and armhole seams are top-stitched. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves gathered into buttoned wristbands. V. 3 and 4 have roll up sleeves. V. 1 pointed tab at center front may have embroidered monogram. V. 2 and 4 have patch pockets and top-stitching. Collar buttons to shirt.
