Vogue's Basic Design 1796; ca. 1978; Misses' Skirt. Skirt, 7.5 cm below mid-knee, mid-calf or evening length, has inside pleats released above hipline, waistband and back zipper closing. Views A, B and C have one-way unpressed pleats. Views D and E (also suitable for border prints) have pressed box pleats, center back inverted pleat and no side seams. View A has ribbon trim.
