Excella E4011; ca. 1933; Women's and Misses' Frock and Cape. The easily-made frock has a jabot which may be arranged in Ascot fashion at a round neck or in bow effect below a V-neck. The girdle is pointed in front and tied at back. Sleeve puffs may be lengthened by fitted sections. A girlish collar finishes the cape.
