Excella E3976; ca. 1933; WOMEN’S AND MISSES’ FROCK. This simple, but utterly distinguished frock may be made with huge loops that that the place of sleeves or with short puffs. Perforations provide for a deep square opening in back and for a shorter skirt. This is very easy to make. Width, size 16, about 3 yards.
