Excella 4864; ca. 1930s; Junior Miss Frock: A flattering feature of this frock is the blouse fulness below the smooth round yoke. Double inverted pleats tucked in the side seams give skirt fulness. Long, loose sleeves are perforated for three-quarter length. Stitching worked with the Singer cloth guide makes a smart finish.
