Enchanted Forest 116; ca. 1981; Little Darlings - Child's One Piece Dress. High-waisted dress has back button closing, neck band, puff sleeves, bib and straps, set-in sash. Tiered skirt can be trimmed with optional beading and ribbon. Bottom tier is edged with lace or eyelet. Straps fasten at bib with buttons.
