WOMEN'S DRESS AND JACKET. Dress has short raglan cape sleeves and cluster of gathers at each side front below shoulder, and above the high waistline. Flared skirt with soft fullness, and seam front and back. Box jacket has shawl collar and 3/4 length flared set in sleeves.
