Louise Barnes Gallagher (1892-1972) was an American fashion designer. She wrote different books: Frills And Thrills. The Career Of A Young Fashion Designer (1940), Mary Bray, fashion designer (1945) and Buttons and Beaux (1953). For Advance patterns, she issued 2 designs: Advance 5651 and 5652.
