Betsey Johnson's Vintage Sewing Patterns

Betsey Johnson (born 1942) is an American fashion designer who is best known for her "over the top" designs and rock & roll aesthetic. She was part of the Warhol scene and released patterns with Butterick in their Young Designers line in the early 1970s, after taking control of the fashion label Alley Cat. The clothing was feminine and often embellished. She also did a line of children's patterns, inspired by her little girl, Lulu.
