This four part outfit-maker combines a hip-tip boxy jacket with below-elbow sleeves and a semi-fitted sleeveless overblouse that drops slightly below the waist, with a slim or box pleated skirt. For extra smartness make the jacket and overblouse all in one fabric or just the collar in contrast to match the skirt.
