Butterick 8490; 1950s; Misses' & Women's Sheath & Belted Jacket. Slender, flattering short sleeved sheath with a contrasting neckline inset... twin kick pleats in back. Belted jacket has three-quarter sleeves and contrasting collar and cuffs bound in the jacket fabric.
