Butterick 8488; ca. 1958; Misses' Sheath & Redingote. Softened sheath with a shallow scooped neckline that’s notched in front. To go with it… a fitted redingote with coachman collar, deepened three-quarter kimono sleeves with cuffs, and a full skirt of unpressed pleats.
