Butterick 8049; 1950s; Slim Dress, Jacket and Skirt. Slender dress has bow-tied, V-neckline, short sleeves. The skirt is slim and straight. Over either one goes a box jacket with long or bracelet length sleeves, and scallop detailing at the neckline and on pockets.
