Butterick 7559; ca. 1955; Nightie, Brunch Coat, Lounging Outfit. (A) Lace trimmed shortie has cape yoke, puffed sleeves, matching bloomers. (B) Brunch coat; below-elbow sleeves. (C) Scoop-necked tunic top; below-elbow sleeves, contrasting pants. (D) Sleeveless shortie with bloomers.

Also appears to have been issued as Butterick 755
