Butterick 7150; ca. 1954; "Quick and Easy" Festive Circle Skirt. 7 pieces. Make (A), (B) skirt in felt-no seams, no hem. Simply cut the circle and stitch on gay appliques. Patterns for appliques included. Try the new fashion stitching. (C) has side seams only. (D) floor length version of (C).
