Butterick 7016; ca. 1954; Girls' Separates - Blouse, Skirt and Weskit. (A) Button-front weskit teams with whirling circle skirt. Long-sleeved blouse with neck and sleeve self ruffle. (B) Skirt adds straps, same fabric as weskit. Blouse has short sleeves. (C) Make it felt - sprinkle with contrasting flowers.
