Dress, below mid-knee or below mid-calf, or top has collar on band, bias bow on band, loose-fitting, blouson, tucked bodice, back-button closing, shoulder pads, elastic (seamed) waist and front pleated A-line skirt. Long sleeves have pleats, gathers and button cuffs. Self or purchased belt. A and C: contrast. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, back zipper and back hemline vent.
