Flared skirt, above mid-knee, has elastic waist and ruffles. Single layer scarf with applique or kerchief. Scat and double layer sash; purchased trim. Loose fitting pullover shirt has collar, dropped shoulders and long sleeves with elastic. Pants, below mid knee have elastic waist and legs and no side seams. Unlined vest has no side seams and optional applique.
