Butterick 6696; ca. 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Loose fitting blouse has pointed collar, front and back gathered into self lined shoulder yoke, front button closing, with or without waist darts, self shoulder pads, A: Short sleeves, B:Has full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening, C: has short sleeves gathered at cap into barrel cuffs, D: has full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening. Edgestitching. Purchased belt.
