Butterick 6670; ca. 1953; One Piece Dress with Saddle- or Top Stiching. The spectator goes "on the town" enhanced by top stitching 'round the novelty bodice and skirt pockets. You can saddle stitch them too, for a more definite accent. Below-elbow sleeves are cut-in-one with the back bodice and upper front.
