Loose-fitting dress four inches below the mid-knee with side seam pockets and top have shaped band collar, front band opening, shirttail hemline, self tie belt, dropped shoulders, and either full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs or three-quarter length roll up sleeves. Note: When sleeves are worn rolled up, wrong side of fabric will show. Topstiching. Slightly A-line skirt four inches (10cm) below mid-knee has elasticized waistline.
