Butterick 6495; ca. 1970s; Toddler's Dress and Apron. Loose-fitting A-line dress with round collar or eyelet trim, short puff or full length sleeves elasticized to form self ruffle, and ribbon trim variations. Button off apron has shaped bib and skirt gathered into tie waistband.
