Butterick 6427; ca. 1953; Boy's Shirt in Two Styles. He'll be proud to wear a shirt that's "just like dad's". Classic shirt has an Eton collar and long sleeves in (A). Sport shirt with winged lapel collar, has long sleeves in (B) short sleeves in (C). All views have shirt tails.
