A: has purchased ribbon trim and thread loops. B: has patch pocket with shaped buttoned flap. Edgestitching and topstitching. C and D: Loose-fitting blouse in tunic length has band collar-on-band or purchased lace trim collar with optional purchased ribbon trim, applied front yoke, front buttoned closing, front box pleat, full-length sleeves with continuous lap opening pleated into narrow buttoned cuffs and side hemline slits. Edgestitching and topstitch trim. Purchased belt.
