Butterick 6243; ©1988; Misses' Blouse. Very loose-fitting blouse has shoulder pads, raised back neckline, front and back darts, tucks and cap sleeves, above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves. Narrow hem. View B: dropped shoulders. Purchased belt.
