Butterick 6180; ca. early 1980s; Betsey Johnson - Very loose-fitting blouse with elasticized oval neckline and full-length raglan sleeves elasticized at wrists. Semi-fitted lined-to-edge vest has V neckline, front buttoned closing, cut-away armholes, shaped patch pocket and shaped hemline, Petticoat in below mid-knee length has elasticized waistline and self hemline ruffle. Dirndl skirt in below mid-knee length has straight waistband, pockets in side seams and front buttoned closing. Edgestitching and topstitch trim.
